Could these patterns go out of trend? Perhaps. Are they really useful? Definitely.
Wavehaus Sans Typeface
This is a really strong font for both branding and general use. All the variants look great.

This is a simple but great little checklist of things to do before or directly after a site launch. I see the source code is on Github, so a variation to suit your own needs could be created.
